Three weeks!

I can't believe Alexander is 3 weeks old! Last week at his 2 week appointment we weighed 8 lbs. Everything is going well and he is growing so much! He and his cousin Paxton met for the first time last week. Paxton was born at the end of September, so they will be close little buddies.

Paxton looks huge compared to Alexander

And here is a very sleepy baby getting ready to take a nap at Grandma Alexander's. I came down yesterday to stay a couple day with my parents. Taylor is coming down on Friday.

Here is a picture of the baby at the hospital I found on my other camera.

Mini photo shoot

I have been planning on doing a sweet newborn photo shoot for the last 9 months...little did I know how tired I would be. Ha ha. So, everyday last week I kept telling myself, today is the day, but then today turned into tommorow. The best time to do a newborn shoot is in the 5-8 days old, and I knew I had already missed that window being in the NICU and all, but I was determined to get some shoots of this little guy! Finally we got around to it on Friday. He did so good and I think some of them turned out pretty good. See for yourselves!

Two Weeks!

Alexander turns 2 weeks tomorrow. I can't believe how much he is growing, I just want him to stay little forever! He is so fun and just loves hanging out with his mommy:) I love staying home and being with him all day. It has been a nice time to just relax and get this whole Mommy thing down! Taylor schedule is so nice this semester because he only has schools T/Th, so he does homework MWF, until the weather perks up and he starts working again. I love having him home those days- he is so helpful, the best husband and daddy! Here are a few pics of the past week- and I am so sad that we did not get a family picture at the hospital, and we don't have any with all 3 of us. (I will post some pics of a little photo shoot we did later!!)

Bath with Grandma- he totally slept through the whole thing and was very sad when we took him out
