Thanksgiving and more!

So we had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. We stayed with the Wray's in Shelley, ate a lot, played a lot of games, took a lot of naps and had tons of fun. It was so nice to relax and spend time with family. We didn't take very many pictures...but here are the ones we did take!

Cute Reesy

I love this picture with Vince and Paxton

They are so engrossed in the book! Elf on the Shelf I think...? We were playing games in the background.

Ta da!! Here is our blinging Christmas tree. Thanks to Pure Photoshop Actions tutorials, I was able to figure out how to take a picture to make the lights blinging! We had a bunch of decorations from our wedding that we used. It was fun to get them out and have our very own Christmas tree!

So here is our cute little guy. We got a 3D ultrasound done yesterday. I'm 31 weeks now. We were so excited to see his little face, it was so fun. I think he looks just Taylor- so handsome!

Bridal Shower and Wedding!

Last week was kind of a crazy week for us. First, I am way excited because I finally got an external flash for my camera! I love it, and I can't wait to use it more. We were going to wait until Christmas, but Friday night I shot a wedding for some people in our ward and I needed it to shoot in the cultural hall. Susan and Joseph have been together for 26 years, and finally they decided to tie the night. Their next step is for Joseph to get baptized before they can get sealed. It was a beautiful wedding and so many people were there to support them. It was fun to see all the missionaries who have worked with them over the last several months to get Susan back into activity and Joseph interested in the gospel. We saw our favorite little Elder Henore. This was his first area and he came to dinner with us his first day from the MTC.

Little Elder Henore. Ha ha you can tell I still get nervous standing next to Elders.

Saturday morning I threw a bridal shower for two of my best friends, Kaylee and Camille. They are both getting married in December. It was a fun get together with our Nauvoo sisters and old roommates.

Here is all of us.

We played a little game called 'Mustaches and Tiaras.' It was way fun!

Of course they had to do the belly shot.

Cami, Kaylee and Aunt Ann.

Saturday night, Tay and I shot another dance. It was a pretty fun one. Now we are just looking forward to the Thanksgiving break! I don't have to work all week and Taylor is working just a few days. I'm so grateful for such a wonderful husband and  a healthy baby boy that will be here in just 10 weeks! (I had my first full-on labor dream last night. It was so real to me) This year has been the best year of our lives thus far. Happy Thanksgiving!

Trip to Utah

We went down to see my family this last weekend. It is always such a treat to see everyone. My brother and sister-in-law had their baby last week, so it was perfect timing to see them. I did a mini-photoshoot with baby Lillyann. Being around her made Tay and I so excited for the baby to come.

Isn't she so precious!!!

On Friday night Taylor, Mikey, Sam, Sammy and Dean went to the Flowrider in Orem. It was a blast to watch. We were the only ones there, so Taylor got a lot of practice, and definitely got it down! On Saturday night my parents took us all to Disney on Ice. I had never been before, it was way cute. The little kids loved it. Anyways, now we are just getting back into the swing of things here. It is sooooo cold!!!

Late Halloween post and projects

So yeah, I've been a slacker blogger woman. But- to be honest, nothing super exciting has been going on with us.  For Halloween, we had a few trick-or-treaters, which I was way excited about because its my first Halloween with my own apartment and my very own trick or treaters. Here are a few pictures of our neighbors next door Ed, Kenzie and Eden.

"One of the most difficult challenges in our responsibilities with children lies in enjoying them fully- delighting in their imagination and talk, their wonder, their fancies, and even their silliness and fun, all that makes them children- while at the same time taking them seriously, learning from them and helping them to learn...Paramount to the process is recognizing the sanctity of every child's spirit." Shirley W. Thomas. I love this quote! We are so excited for the baby to come.
