Alexander's 1st Birthday!

The last few weeks have been quiet a whirl! Alexanders birthday was on the 6th and we partied it up! To begin with, on Superbowl Sunday, we had a party with the Wray family and Alexander had his very own birthday cake. He dug right in with both hands and was putting his face in it. It was so fun. He got lots of presents from his Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and Great-Grandparents from the Wray side.

One happy boy! Opening presents with Momma.

He is wearing the Captain America cape I made him.

Great-Grandma Hammer got him  that little alligator and he is obsessed with it. He takes it everywhere and loves to snuggle with him.

Dump truck from Grandma Wray

We did these pictures for his birthday. I am realizing its quite the feat to do my own kids pictures, but thats why I started doing it! Taylor was a great helper, and I couldn't have done it without him. I loved how they turned out.

Another yummy cake!

Birthday morning! Playing peek-a-boo with a happy baby.

Snuggling and watching a show.

On his birthday Aunt Darby and Lilly came up to visit. It was so fun to have them here for a few days. We did lots of fun things. We went to McDonalds for lunch, the pet store, and got some balloons.

Lilly woke up Al from his morning nap. He wasn't quite sure what was going on.

A happy Lilly with her 'Happy Meal'

First chocolate milk. He didn't like it!

First time for Alex in the car-cart. He loved it.

Reading scriptures with Tay

We made pizza that night and the babies were so tired. We stayed up late and played games with Darby
The next day we went to this place called 'iJump' it is an indoor trampoline place. The kids loved it, but I think Darb and I had more fun! Alexander couldn't walk on the tramps very well, but he loved bouncing and going on the slides. It was so fun to have them here!!

It was a great day! He weighs 24 lbs (85%), he is 95th% for his height. Alexander is getting more comfortable with his walking. He says dog, dog. He also says da da. He loves beans, any kind! And cheese, yogurt, strawberries, waffles, pancakes. His favorite snacks are veggie straws and dried apples. He loves bath time, playing with daddy, reading books, his favorite show is Yo-Gabba Gabba! He loves to dance around, its pretty funny, he puts one arm up in the air and points. We went to the Shelley Basketball game a few weeks ago and the band was playing. He went crazy! Taylor will play a few songs for him now, and he dances like a mad man around. He is so happy and is getting so big. I love my little man.
