Byron senior shoot

I did my first paid photo shoot this weekend. It was really fun and Byron was such a sweetie to work with. He has a warming smile and it quite the heartbreaker. We did most of the shoot on Saturday with amazing weather. Then Tuesday, he loves airplanes, we went to the IF airport with a friend of his to take some shots by his airplane. It was the coldest I have ever been in my life! It was a great experience overall, and I give lots of thanks to my little assistant Taylor :)

Getting down with my crafty self...

So these next few weeks are completely devoted to getting ready for the baby. I am definitely nesting and I love it! It's a great excuse to clean out and organize the place. I restored an old dresser, (pictures later) and am currently washing baby clothes to fill it with. Taylor is getting pretty excited himself, he keeps showing up with little purchases. These are a sweet Ross find. 

Besides doing baby stuff I've been doing some little crafts to keep me busy. Happy Valentines Day! I know its like a month away, but there are no holidays in January that are worth decorating for.

I also have my first paid photo shoot tomorrow, which I am way excited and way nervous about! Today I made Taylor walk around with me to get an idea of the shoot tomorrow. He'll kill me if he sees that I posted this, but isn't he so handsome?!

As for a baby update, no real progress yet. The two weeks, the doctor decided not to measure me, but just checked for the heartbeat and sent me on my way. I think I'm going to go over, well at least I'm mentally preparing myself for it!

Happy Anniversary!

This week was our 1st Anniversary of being Mr. and Mrs. Wray. We spent a few days at a condo in Deer Valley, (the same place where we honeymooned). We had a blast just relaxing and eating. We went to the Outlets and got a bunch of baby clothes. We saw Mission Impossible 4 and ate at this sweet mexican restaurant that has one of those new Coke machines. It was nice just being with my sweet husband. 

Deer Valley Resort. Not much snow right? The weather was so nice, we didn't wear coats at all. It is so beautiful up there.

He treats me way too well. We agreed on NOT getting each other gifts, since we just had Christmas. But of course Taylor surprised me with something, I should have seen it coming. He printed off our blog into a photobook. It is a perfect little journal for our first year of marriage.
